I wish I could give an actual review of their services but my wife has had 2 appointments that were scheduled with Dr. Spivey cancelled. They did not even try to expedite getting her in after they canceled her appointments. Not very professional or accommodating considering the issue was on the Mercy Health side. My wife called another group and got in right away. She will not be going to Mercy Health moving forward.
