Dr. Amy is kind and calm. She is very good at assessment and determining treatment based on the exact muscle that is giving problem. Her treatments are quick and she tries to make them feel as painless as possible. You don't go away sore after her treatment. She always gives me ideas of things to do at home so that I can speed my healing. She is considered about the total person.
I called this office to schedule a maintenance visit while my chiropractor was out of town. Because I was in agonizing pain. I began to cry while speaking with the receptionist. In return. she rudely hung up on me. I called back and left a voicemail for the office manager. Within minutes, my call was returned by Dr. Kitching. Who proceeded to tell me, in an excessively condescending tone that my inquiry was abnormal and I would not receive treatment from her office. Incredibly uncompassionate.
Best chiropractor you will find! I feel like a new person..walked in as good as crippled of pain...walked out like a new human!
