My daughter started wearing glasses when she turned 5. Within 6 months, her prescription got worse(almost by a negative point). Dr. Amy Nguyen then prescribed eyedrops to slow down her Myopia. It was hard giving a 5 year old eyedrops every night, but she eventually got use to it. We went back recently to get a check up & I’m happy to say that her prescription hasn’t changed much. It’s great to see a doctor who’s great with kids & she really took her time to explain to my daughter the importance of eye care.
I would rate zero stars if I could, my experience with this Costco optometry department was misleading and frustrating. I started by calling and asking if they took my insurance, and I was told they did. Later, after spending 30 minutes on the phone trying to schedule an appointment, where I went back and forth on insurance with the receptionist, she told me I was not listed as a dependent.
