Tried to make an appointment for my daughter. Explained I did not want to be referred elsewhere as i am new to the area and did not wabt to end uo lost and I could wait the two days for an appointment. She then put me on hold for 10 minutes before I finally hung up and gave up. Now I get to try to find my way somewhere else because reception didn't feel the need to make an appointment.
