I would say they are a great place to go if you can actually get through to an actual person trying to figure out what extension to put in or trying to get an operator is hell!!! You know I picked this office because you actually got a person instead of push this number for this ... If they were going to change the phone crap to all that, they should have sent something in the mail with a flipping directory.... You should be able to schedule appointments for more than two children at a time. My husband will have to request days off from work to go to these appointments. We are hoping these appointments are going to be worth it because we are already on a tight budget.
