Incompetent rude staff. Dr. Brode spent a short time in the room on the first visit. Seemed friendly & knowledgeable.
After waiting way too long undressed from the waist down, I finally got up, got dressed and got out. I was steaming mad by the time I talked to her and she apologized, saying she was telling someone they had cancer. Sorry. Unacceptable and unprofessional- I’ll only call there again for my records (and the time before, she was rather coarse and harsh in her examination of me)
I love having the accessibility that Dr. Brode gives me. She is always punctual, compassionate and always knows just what to say to calm me down. I wish all of my doctors were like her.

I was told by her medical assistant to undress from the waist down. I questioned her why and she told me DR Brode was going to do a Cystoscopy. Ok? Shouldn't my doctor come in and tell me that or at least explain why! Then I wait for 20 minutes with my legs up in stirrups undressed, when dr Brode finally enters I questioned her. You could tell she was upset I quested her.
