This place used to be great, but since becoming NYU: -they no longer have weekend hours - they no longer have evening hours - they use an off site call center with prompts and long wait times. Leave at least 30 min to leave a message. - kids that have been sick in the past 3 days can only be seen between 2:30pm and 5pm M-F. - after hours an MD no longer takes calls,, only an on-call ER nurse. Amy Glaser is a world class Pediatrician with a beautiful, fully supported and equipped office on a tree lined street in Park Slope Brooklyn. That being said, I have seen her in action treating kids in their sickness, and can truly say she empathizes with their pain, and works intelligently and tirelessly to bring them relief. Dr. Glaser has remained after hours to treat one of my kids in her office, when I called at the end of the day. She is excellent during well visits also. DO NOT GO HERE. This used to be a really nice neighborhood pediatrician. Now NYU has bought the practice, and the place is awful. There's zero consideration for the children's health, the only thing the front desk staff is concerned with is the billing. My son has been coming here 13 years, my daughter for 5, but we are switching asap. It's really sad because we liked Dr Glaser and Dr Frank, but had such a bad experience there recently we don't want to come back. The front desk girl made me cry
