Just called looking for a new dentist for my 2 sons, ages 6 and 3. The receptionist who answered the phone was extremely snobby and rude toward me. As soon as she heard my children had the medicaid version of Priority Health she immediately got standoffish and basically told me they do accept medicaid but she refused to give me a time frame to call and check back in about them having soace for 2 new patients. This dentist has absolutely traumatized my child of going to the dentist. Since you are not allowed back in the treatment rooms you have no idea what is going on, my son told me they held him down, yelled at him and stabbed him in the tougne. He needed some extensive work done as a two year old, and it seems every time he goes for a cleaning he needs a filling a root canal and a crown on atleast one tooth, if not more. This office has done a great job for both of my children. My children both started there at age 3 and now are 7 and 5, and they have had nothing but great experiences! My 5 year old needed a few fillings and they did a great job keeping him comfortable that he was not fearful one bit for his yearly cleaning! The atmosphere is fun and engaging for the kids, and the staff is knowledge and accommodating. I continue to use this office for my children for many years to come.
