Always 5 Stars, staff and Dr. B are great. My kids love coming here because its quick easy and painless. I love coming here because everyone is so nice and there's usually a dog running around :)

I love that I found a good optometrist in Yulee so I don’t have to go to Jacksonville to get my eyes checked. Even as a first time patient, the process was so easy and my appointment was quick. I really just needed an updated contact prescription since mine had expired and Dr. Amy was even nice enough to give me some sample contacts to cover me for the next week as I will be on vacation and didn’t want to be stuck wearing glasses the whole time.

I called to set up an appointment as a new patient, and the experience was very disappointing. The first thing I was asked was about my insurance, which I provided, but then I kept getting the runaround about whether or not they were in network. I explained multiple times that I did not care about being in network and that I was fine paying out of pocket. I just need my vision checked because I am struggling to see.
