I called doctors office 2-3 weeks in advance to set an appointment for my baby girl now that she is one year old to have her shots. The representative was nice when we first called to schedule an appointment. We show up to the doctors office and they tell us that the insurance we have its not good "why they didn't check that information before they had 3 weeks", and they told us that we do not take that insurance while visiting the baby, we decided to pay cash.
Dr. Adams always has a smile, is easy to communicate concerns with and listens to feedback.
Adams Amy Md is the best! I LOVE Dr. Adams. After a bad experience with another pediatrician< decided to try a new place! 4 years later we are still happy. We love her staff. We love her. She remembers not only us, but details about our lives. She is easy to talk to and very laid back. We love her.
