An extraordinarily good doctor. For issues with hands, fingers, wrists, forearms and elbows, I would go to him before anybody else. I first went to Atlanta Hand Specialist thinking I had carpal tunnel syndrome. Dr. Patel correctly diagnosed it as gout attacks in the wrist. Nerve tests showed I also had compression of the ulnar nerve in both elbows - 'Cubital Tunnel Syndrome.' This was causing numbness in the ring and little fingers of both hands. I had hand surgery in October,2023. I have a ZERO tolerance to pain. Dr. Patel was just awesome. His patience was soooo refreshing. I am new to Atlanta and have not been really happy with the medical professionals. I am EXTREMELY happy with Dr. Patel. My only problem is he can't address all of my medical needs.
