He may be a good doctor, but his staff is incompetent: I was referred to Dr. Bhakti and have left 3 messages across 5 days trying to make an appointment - all unreturned. Their OGM says they'll return calls "before end of business," what a joke...
This doctor helped save my life! I owe him everything. He was also there every step of the way afterwards and ensured I always had a way to contact him in case of emergency. If you’re facing something scary and this is your doctor please know you’re in good hands and it’s gonna be okay.
I hope you're not in a hurry to get answers. Dr. Bhatki is a good enough doctor when you initially see him but trying to get a follow-up with him is excruciating. I've been waiting a month to get answers to my questions from him.
I had an overgrowth in the cartilage of my nose, and was advised to get a bx. It was over a year before I booked the surgery due to how the surgery was described, but proceeded and was so happy I did. Dr. Bhatki was recommended by my PCP and my procedure, which ended up being less invasive than originally described, was flawless. Post op care was provided, and I was left with a very faint scar (no one notices). I'd recommend Dr. Bhatki.
