I originally started going to this practice 7 years ago and recently needed an order to be faxed. The office graciously charged me $15 for a fax to be sent. I told the receptionist, Monique that $15 was ridiculous and I would make sure to find another primary care physician just based on the subpar treatment I’ve received over the years at this place. Do not see this doctor. She has poor communication and bad office policies. She misunderstood my description of pain and it lead to a wrong diagnosis. On another occasion, I was sick, contagious and didnt have the energy to go to the doctor. I had an appointment for a non related issue and the office wouldn't let me reschedule my appointment without charging a fee. The receptionists were rude. I highly discourage anyone from seeing this doctor.
Dr Chaudhary is simply amazing. She has gotten me in within 24 hours both times that I have needed to see her. She listens and is such a wonderful person. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs a PCP! She diagnosed me the first time with one visit (plus additional bloodwork) but I absolutely love her and her practice!! ❤
