I can’t recommend Dr. Sood high enough. In July of 2020 I had broken my knee - tibia plateau was crushed into 3 pieces and dropped almost an inch, a kind of trauma that requires a surgery - a metal plate goes in held by screws, otherwise the leg would never heal properly. With this kind of complexity, my primary care doctor felt strongly about the necessity of going to the Hospital of Special Surgeries in Manhattan, but we’re in the middle of the pandemic, and HSS wasn’t even returning my calls. When I met Dr. Amit Sood I was blown away by his level of care and his bedside manor. I have treated Dr. Sood’s patients for several years and remain just as impressed.
