Everyone involved in my procedure was outstanding! From the doctors office to the hospital staff, it was a smooth process. I highly recommend.
I was referred to Dr. Goyal by another Dr. I had to have a procedure so I went to the office and paid for the procedure. Well a month later I get another 368.25 bill. I called the office and spoke with Cathy explained that the paper work I signed allowed them to do extra work if necessary. I was rushed through the signing of that paper work and no one explained this to me. This is that after the fact billing that is in the news. Professional and polite staff. Very thorough nurses, PA, and doctor. Outstanding use of technology is great. Patients leave with printed information pertaining to visit. I would recommend Dr. Goyal to anyone in need of a digestive specialist!
