very knowledgeable and did the total reversal shoulder replacement. never had any problems and was back doing daily routines 2 weeks after surgery
Dr Varma is an excellent surgeon. Only had pain for two weeks. He explained the procedure carefully and showed me what the plan was on a shoulder plastic model in his office. The surgery scheduler did her very best to accommodate my timeline. Her and the complete staff is wonderful, and I will go there again if necessary.
Dr. Varma did my rotator cuff surgery in January 2020. Very concerned about me and my recovery. Excellent surgeon who always answered my questions and put me at ease.
good surgeon but at every visit he spends just 2 minutes in room.walks out without asking if you have questions or concerns. PT department superb. Bathrooms dirty.
Very poor in addressing concerns of his patients. He lacks the ability to listen to his patients. Once the surgery is done and he receives payment up front, you are basically on your own to find a rehab facility and any other special needs that are required. Does not even review the progress report from the rehab facility. I am extremely disappointed with his attitude and his the poor follow up as it relates to my knee replacement.
It is fairly easy to make an appointment which is great. The aapointments are fairly brief and feel rushed, though I believe they are thorough enough. What is troubling is that this is the only office that gives referrals where the staff refuses to assist patients in making appointments even when asked; in fact I was told it would be easier for the patient to do it themselves and more likely to get an appointment. That is absolute nonsense and makes the staff seem lazy and disinterested.
Dr. Varma is sincere and has an old fashion bedside manner. Ashley his Assistant also goes out and beyond to make you comfortable in a tense situation. The Staff is always accommodating willing to help out anyway possible. Thanks to Cassie I don't think my husband would of had the surgery. Kudos To All. The Torrello's
He was very thorough on my initial visit and explained the procedure I was inquiring about which was total knee replacement. I liked his professional demeanor. He was very thorough on my post operative appointments and had a very professional staff. I was pleased with his concern and patience with my many questions.
