Intelligent, respectful, knowledgeable and caring of the patient injuries! . A must see Dr.. for sports, work injuries or second opinions.
Dr. Amit is one of the best medical professionals I've ever encountered and performed my ACL reconstruction back in Jan of '09. My knee is still in fantastic shape and I have no physical limitations. I was able to return completely to sport and still refer him to family and friends for any orthopedic needs. I have seen him for a few other injuries/checkups and he is always completely straight forward and very thorough.
The key to these reviews... pay attention to the ones that say that he was hired to do an IME for the insurance companies. These doctors are paid extremely well to write a bogus diagnosis so that the insurance company can deny the claim. If I had spent all my time and resources to become a doctor, there is absolutely no way that I would ruin my reputation by participating in such a disgusting activity. Have 3 Rotator Cuff surgeries, great doctor, attentive, listens and very professional, He cares about his patients, and ha a great staff.
I simply find it odd that Dr. Amit has 132 reviews that give him a 5 star rating when he only has 12 years of practice. Other doctors in his category have 20+ years and have about half the reviews. I also find it odd that his reviews are very generic and not specific. Do I think he writes his own reviews??? Maybe... I was told my IME would take about 2 hours; it lasted 9 MINUTES!! During that 9 MINUTES, he was able to determine I had no limitations whatsoever. Who is this guy??? God???
Dr. Amit did a fantastic job with my rotator cuff tear. The Operation was a complete success. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had a great experience with Dr. Amit. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail so I could understand exactly what I was in for. It has paid off with a speedy recovery.
Went to Dr. Sahasrabudhe for meniscus surgery. I thought he did a great job of explaining my options and spending time listening to my concerns. Surgrery went great!
