Friday, My Partner & I called into the office yesterday, for a "rapid Covid-19 test" She is a patient I am not. We mentioned I was not a patient, but reception told us to complete an online application to register for both our tests. We were given an appointment for today. I also provided my Medicare & Blue Cross Blue Shied Secondary Insurance Coverage. Kind, patient, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable Doctor. Goes above and beyond.
Dr. Herman is absolutely one of a kind. While I’ve known Dr. Herman for 25 years, I only started seeing him as my PCP over the past several years, and I’m sorry I didn’t start sooner. In all cases, Dr. H has always been amazing. He explains everything thoroughly, consistently makes great referrals, and never fails to check up on his patients. He, and his team, have always demonstrated genuine care in me as their patient and made me feel super comfortable. I would recommend Dr. H any day! Dave S
Dr. Herman has one foot out the door the entire visit. He rushes the visit, and if you ask too many questions he seems to catch an attitude as if you're taking up his precious time. His "nurse" Mary is very nasty. This is who he has calling and giving test results, not him. I was horrified when I was told I have a UTI, so I went to my gyno who I trust and brought the results, he repeated my culture and 2 days later I was told his results were inaccurate. Stay away if you value your health.
Dr Herman is awesome very thorough as well as motivational our family is pleased with him and his staff.
Dr. Herman has been wonderful with my elderly mother. He has the patience that is lacking with many physicians today. It makes a difference to feel like a person and not a chart number. Glenda is great in helping with scheduling. My only critism is the wait time on the phone. If you need to speak with anyone other than the receptionist, it could be an impossibly long wait.

They treat their patients very bad. For the 2nd time me and my wife had to wait 1/2 hour till our appointment really started and another hour inside the room naked actually waiting for the doctor. Ridiculous. And no one among the staff really care.
