RecommendedToday my daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Ricciuti... I would say the experience was top notch. The staff at Greater Charlotte Oral Facial Surgery are very friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr. Ricciuti was very kind to my daughter . He answered any questions we had when we came in for a consultation. We completely trusted him. If any mom in our community asked me where to go, I would definitely recommend Greater Charlotte Oral Facial Surgery .
Horrible follow up. Called 4 times to get help...completely ignored. There are a lot of places to go - go there - not here.
Be honest, be upfront. if there is a charge for something then just say it, do not lie.
I have never experienced a more incompetent group of people in a medical office. They do not understand how to listen to the customer or understand simple insurance concepts. Gave misinformation and completely wasted my time. Will definitely let my dentist and orthodontist know about this terrible experience in order to help others.
I have had several teeth removed by both Dr Marashi and Dr Ricciuti all of them being awake and under a local numbing each one by one. Every experience I had was so pleasant and easy. The staff made the experience as pleasant as possible and I didn't have any problems post operatively. I highly recommend this place for any oral surgery needs.
Dr. Amir Marashi did both my husband and I’s wisdom teeth removals. He was fantastic! Can’t say enough great things. The removal was very quick, healing was great, and follow up was outstanding. Timely when making appointments also! I got my surgery scheduled for the next morning following my consultation and my husbands only took 2 days!! He’s a great guy and even remembered my sons name. Horrible experience! I had my wisdom teeth removed. Two of which were impacted... however, it’s been 7 months and I still have no feeling in the left side of my mouth or chin. The doctor said it was an unusually difficult procedure.. but managed to numb me, put me to sleep, pull five teeth.. and check me out within 45 min.
I had to have a wisdom tooth removed a few weeks ago. The staff and doctors were great and very friendly. through the whole process. I was in and out of the appointment with in an hour. Everyone's different I'm sure but I had no pain after the procedure and I'm week 2 of healing up. I would recommend Greater Charlotte Oral & Facial Surgery to anyone looking to have their wisdom teeth removed.
