I've been with Dr. Guirguis for years .. I got a call from his office that I haven't been in and I need to call to make an appointment... so 2 days later I called . Now their are a few things I want to note here .. first the lady on the phone said im no longer with their practice because I never designated a Dr. ( i would just see who ever was available, ) then they told me also because I haven't been there in over a year .. ok so why did they call me to make an appointment???? Doctors are not at this address. They are at 2954 Mallory Circle. Google needs to be up to date. 1 star is for google...not for doctors.
I left Orlando two years ago, and I miss this fine doctor! Dr. Guirguis took care of both my husband and me for several years. He is knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. Thank you Dr. G and your wonderful staff for taking such good care of us!
Dr. Guirgus came recommended as an excellent over 65+ Wellness MD. Unfortunately,m I emailed for appointment with him via his Advent Health portal and never received a response. I finally gave up and called today and was told by Aesha, that Dr. Guirgus is accepting NEW patients, but not patients that are on Medicare and Medicare supplemental. How can you still take NEW patients 65 and over, but not their insurance? Makes no sense. Very disappointed with the response from his office.
Worst "doctor" ive ever had. This guy and smile direct club deserve to be bankrupted and sent to hell. Do not agree to their BS. IF ITS YOUR FIRST 30 DAYS GET YOUR REFUBD WHILE YOU CAN.
