We drive a long distance and pass many other orthodontists on the way to our appointments here. Dr. Mason is worth it. He is extremely good at what he does. He has a vision of what works best for your facial structure and adjusts accordingly. He also gives pretty accurate time estimates. The office is efficient, and the staff is friendly. In addition to being a great orthodontist, Dr. Mason is very personable and pleasant; we actually enjoy going to appointments. I will take all of my kids who need braces here.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the office staff and Dr.! Both of my children have been here and we’ve had such a great experience. They are friendly, helpful and explained everything. They are also very efficient and always on time. I definitely recommend them.
I have been a patient of Dr. Mason’s over the past several months, seeing him for orthodontic treatment. I have valued the efficiency of Dr. Mason’s entire office, everything seems to run like clockwork. Every appointment I have had has been on time. It was amazing to work with Dr.Mason. I had a huge overbite and crooked teeth. Communication was amazing, as he described the steps and after care with detail. All staff were very kind and friendly. Would Recommend.
It was wonderful experience working with Dr Mason last 1 & 1/2 to fix the teeth gaps and crowding. Every visit Dr clearly explained the procedure he is going to perform as well steps to follow going forward after procedure. All staffs are so kind and friendly, appointments are perfectly scheduled and maintained. Now my son is working with doctor to fix his teeth.
The staff are hospitable, diligent and attentive. The office is extremely clean and smells fresh always. Going here for 2 years, every experience has been so positive and its nice to have people who care about you take care of your teeth. I think the best quality of Polaris Orthodontic Center would probably be their expertise and top notch technology. You won't be disappointed coming here, and more importantly I believe your smile will be as good as Brad Pitts :D.
The staff is great. Very kind and supportive. Dr. Mason is everything you have read, a true perfectionist who still listens to his patients and accommodates their needs. I can not stop looking at my smile and it is thanks to Dr. Mason and his staff.
I am very satisfied by the outcome after having all three of my children treated by Dr. Mason. It is a very welcoming environment and the staff are superb. Dr. Mason takes his time to make sure that the overall results are satisfactory. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking orthodontic treatment.
