I'm not sure why people leave such poor reviews my experience has only ever been positive. I've struggled with mental health my entire life and before I came to this facility I felt like doctors didn't care what medication they were giving me. I was sick all the time being prescribed medication that I didn't need. When I finally found doctor patino's office they took my medication and mental health seriously it was the first time I felt heard. It's near impossible to get an actual person on the phone. When I call during normal business hours I get a message telling me to call back when they are open even though they are open
I was “8 minutes” late to my appointment do they wouldn’t let me in and they only schedule for a 30 minute session… you would imagine they would give more time for people that are mentally ill and literally fighting for their life but I guess not. Please don’t go here I recommend Lighthouse Psychiastry
Very positive experience with Metro NBI & Dr. Patino. They ran all of the testing to determine what course of treatment was best and the wait to see the Dr. Patino was a bit longer than normal but they had a process of seeing another provider to get your history & Matthew Burton was a great listener and quick to communicate with and scheduling was always easy.
