I been going to Dr. Nagpal for a year now.. He is always caring and explain everything to me and my Mom. Really knowledgeable about my special health care needs,
From the very beginning my experience both with Dr. Nagpal, and his group was very unpleasant. The constant inaccurate information between staff, and himself got to to the point that it was so contradicting that I consulted another office. After not only visiting with my PCP, and another pain management doctor, both had agreed that his diagnosis from himself, and his team where inaccurate, and would have cause other surgeries to correct the mis-diagnosis given by his team.
He was very good to explain the procedure and the injections were fairly painless. I have been back for pain management several times. Anytime I met with Dr Nagpal, I always felt he listened, and treatments always resulted in months of pain relieve.
