Terrible service, was scheduled a phone call appointment two days ago and they keep saying the doctor doesn’t want to make them. I called today and said to call back tomorrow and make a new appointment. Will be changing doctors since my kids health doesn’t matter.
I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication from this office. My daughter had an X-ray done and I never received a call with the results. After waiting with no follow-up, I had to call the office myself. They scheduled a telehealth appointment, but on the day of the appointment no one ever called or sent a link. Un professional Dr. Taking as of now and counting 3 days without any scheduled appointment at least as told via videocall. Now they are requesting taking the child for the results? Because they have to again weight and doing a height process? They just like to take money out of the insurances. It's a very time consuming. I took my 6-month-old baby in for his well-visit and vaccines. After his shots, I asked if I could breastfeed him to comfort him before leaving. I was told I couldn’t because there were many patients waiting. I understand clinics are busy, but breastfeeding after vaccinations is an important way to soothe and regulate a baby. Being rushed out immediately made an already stressful moment feel worse.
