Dr. Soler left his practice in Casper WY and went to the Guardian Angels Health Center in Aurora CO. I have been trying to get my children's medical records from him since the beginning of May. I was told he was working on pulling them from the system he used in Casper. I called today since I still have not received them and was told he is no longer at the Center in Aurora and has left no forwarding address or phone number. Not sure what to do now. Not very professional of him.
