I am filing this complaint regarding the treatment I received from Dr. Ambrose M. Martin III, D.D.S. at Gently Family Dental, L.L.C. Prior to receiving treatment, I did not have an active infection or severe issue with the tooth in question. After undergoing the procedure performed by Dr. Ambrose M. Super bad service horrible ruined my teeth
You are better off not going to this Dentist. My partner had a horror story of a visit. Doctor Ambrose yelling at his staff about X-rays, telling her over and over again to get braces even though she likes her natural teeth, and then telling her she needed an expensive deep cleaning split into four parts without ever even using a tool to measure her gums. This facility is run by absolute scam artists. I had to have emergency root canal procedure and this office botched the job. When I returned to my family practice for further treatment, they indicated that this office will not return their calls, emails, or fax for the records they took of me. Dozens of requests have been sent without a single acknowledgement or reply. This office should be shut down for malpractice
Putting this on behalf of my friend. Staff is rude. The reviews on the doctor himself….well there’s a reason he’s 2 star at MOST on all the doctor review websites. Also big ole red flag that they don’t take the largest dental insurance in the country (the same company that owns 39 other plans just under a different name). Question is did they drop the insurance to over charge people? Or did the insurance company drop them for not passing inspection/billing fraud?
