My daughter has been seen at this office for many years, long before Dr. McMain left. I have tried communicating with the team here for over 8 months that I need a referral for a dermatologist for my kiddo and they tell me the referral has been sent so I tried calling the dermatologist and never get an answer . Despite my multiple attempts, I'm afraid I'm going to have to change pediatricians to get my daughter seen because this office refuses to help me.

Dr. Osborn was absolutely fantastic!! She saw our 5 month old for a fever of 103 and was completely thorough to try and find out exactly what was the cause. We appreciated her caring bedside manner. She was absolutely AMAZING!!!
This doctor was condescending and rude our entire visit. She did not educate on treatments and appeared annoyed that we would want or request additional information for our child before administering medications. She obviously is not an advocate for informed consent and instead uses scare tactics, intimidation, and bullying techniques. I have never had such a negative experience with a health care provider.
