Absolutely great place to go!!!
This review is not about the dentist, it is about the poor performance of the office staff. For more than 6 months, I have been challenged in getting resolution on a prior authorization. For six months I have heard about the understaffed call center, and understaffed dental office. Today was no different. A series of excuses is unacceptable. Time to find a new dental practice.
