I'm so incredibly frustrated with CKC. I keep getting text messages and emails about a bill being due, but the bill is wrong as I did not have an appt the date they show or with the provider it shows. I have called many times and left multiple messages for the billing person, but she never calls me back. And when I try calling the office, more times than not, I get the answering service who can"t help me anyway. It's infuriating to keep receiving billing information but when trying to reach someone about it, no one can help.... read more
Dr. Kaldas is the epitome of a nephrologist. I am a patient of Dr. Kaldas' and I have been for five years. I am a Registered Nurse. One evening, I was a patient in the Emergency Room.
