They will cancel your appointment with a reason. You wait 2 months and then they cancel because the doctor is “not in that morning” and then you have to wait another month and a half. Horrible, absolutely horrible customer service here there are other foot clinics in Winnipeg that would suit you better.

I contacted this clinic by email over a month ago with questions about their services but never heard back. First impressions and communication matter, especially when trying to decide on care, so it was frustrating not to receive any response

I highly recommend Dr. Gupta. He has seen my son Maty twice for toenail problems, and he has been very kind and helpful, answering all our questions graciously. He is an excellent doctor. Thank you, Dr. Gupta. I also want to thank the receptionists who kindly put my son on the waiting list, and as soon as they had an opening, they gave my son an appointment. Excellent doctor and excellent team.

Unable to comment on care. Called in the AM to see if there were any appointments/cancellations so i could see a dr. as my pain is now quite bad. The receptionist scoffed at me saying "nothing for two months", despite later checking for Monday openings after I persisted. I got an appt elsewhere no problem given the pain. i was recommended here from friends and family, quite disappointed.
