I called them and asked them specifically, if i come in can you clean my teeth and they said yes so I go in and they said you need a deep cleaning and your insurance covers it so I go great. Then she says I have to take xrays and get it approved and I said well you just said it was automatically approved once a year then she said today I can just do a polishing. I just got up and left . I contacted my insurance company to make sure they don't bill me for wasting my time.
