She gave a different diagnosis at each visit. No explanations for the contradictory information. Talked over me constantly and walked out on me when I tried to ask questions. Accused me of refusing treatment for a condition she herself had said I did NOT have & that no further treatment was needed. Office is horrible too. Took weeks to process a simple referral (and then tried to say I'd never agreed to it when I most definitely had and had been calling back every 3-4 days to check on the status) & then didn't send any medic... read more
She didn't spend more than 5 minutes in the room with me and then blamed my issues on my weight. She wouldn't even listen to my concerns
Been seeing Dr Hess for 11 years. She is amazing. I absolutely love her. Very knowledgeable and thorough.
She had no time for the patient. She disregarded concerns. She doesn't know how to handle high risk pregnancy situations. If you want to become a human pin cushion she make you that. Rather than doing things to help she will just continue to pull blood.
