Dr. Marshall seems to be a fine surgeon with a nice personable personality. The office is completely disorganized, inefficient, and unprofessional. There are as many as 6 people behind the desk at anyone time so I do not understand why there is no one to make an appointment for you. Certainly not a fine tuned machine.
