Organic cleaning &restoration services (Mike & David) part owner of the company cleaned our sofas on Dec. 15, 2023 now my sofas look worst then before cleaning kept calling them but of course no result they left me no choice but to write this review and complain to the consumer protection department.
Worst cleaning I’ve ever had done and service! I’m so upset I paid over 200$ to get my couches cleaned and they were left worst than before! I took before and after pictures just in case and after they were done I told them that it wasn’t cleaned and they said that they charge more for extra solution. Which is ridiculous. Certified green team came out to my house to clean my dryer vent in july . The first tech just decided not to show . The owner , Mike lev called and said he could come out to do the job himself . Mike lev showed up with another man who appeared to be training , imo. I was quoted 80 dollars on the phone to clean the vent but when they got to my house the price jumped to 350 dollars . Terrible service, do not use. First thing to note, is quote went up by more than 50%, fine I agreed to this because I wanted to get this over with. Second, the team started work 4 hours late, they forgot the tools and had to go back and get them, very unprofessional. Not only that but they almost leave, leaving all the dirty water on the floors, finally to top it off those poor guys can’t handle spaces, leaving scuff marks on your walls. Do not use, find a professional service, these guys are clearly not it.
gave me a price and charged a lot more left stains and carpets soken wet for 2 whole days. I called . Manager did not return my call. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
