I would give ZERO STARS. I had to have a follow up from an Emergency Room visit I had prior. THESE PEOPLE ABSOLUTELY DON’T ANSWER THEIR PHONE and once they finally did return my call they scheduled an appointment with me for the next morning. I got off the phone with my parents after already scheduling and realized I had to wait a few weeks until my insurance would take effect so I had to call to cancel. I CALLED THEM A TOTAL OF 7 TIMES!!!! They were still open for 2 more hours when I was calling. Never answered the phone on... read more

Positives: -Awesome and caring midwife on saff -Dr's will take time with you but come prepared with questions/concerns to address at your visit otherwise the dr will be in and out before you blink-Clean office-Friendly front desk receptionists -Welcome packet for new moms -Some nurses are great and have a warm friendly approach to patient care Negatives:-Never a live person to speak with for concerns and you have to leave a message for a nurse. The response time if often way too long-Staff runs behind and therefore you'll be... read more

Here is the long short of it. The front desk staff is very friendly so when you make your appointment you will have great expectations of the rest of the office. HOWEVER, the nurses are often unprofessional, rude, short or Unknowledgeable about what's going on with your visit. The doctors are nice enough but be prepared to wait a long time unrobed in the exam room. They do not make apologies for the wait and once they are in the room they are very quick. Come with a list of questions!!! It was my first pregnancy and I expect... read more

The staff here is very nice and friendly. The problem is that there is no consideration of other people's time. While it is understandable that babies come when they want to and the Dr. might have to be called away, there should be a back-up plan for that situation. There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for having someone sit basically naked with nothing but a paper gown and a paper sheet for an hour waiting to be seen. I was courteous enough to show up early for my appointment because I know that the Dr.'s time is valuable. My time... read more

wow.., where do I start..?After waiting weeks to get an appt. with a "Woman Dr."for an annual exam my wait to be seen was 1 1/2 hrs. When asked what was the hold up, the staff replied "the babies don't like to wait, and it's the holidays and alot of people are off". Well quite frankly had I know that my wait was going to be that long(my husband is a Dr. and we would never have made people wait like that for any reason) I would not have booked with this practice. To add insult to injury I have good health ins. and what walks ... read more

The office is extremely nice and comfortable. The office staff is very courteous. The nurses are extremely efficient and very friendly. And the doctors are very professional, friendly, and respectful. The doctors and midwife actually spend time with each patient, making you feel respected as a person. I feel confident in my medical care when I am in this office because I know that everyone there will do what is best for me as a patient. If I were pregnant I would want to know that the care of my unborn child was in the hands... read more
