I have a huge fan of Dr. Lloyd and her team since day one. She provides honest, and valuable advice saving me hundreds of $$ on products and sticking with what I actually need. I will be a patient for life and know my skin glows because of her.
Dr Lloyd may be a good doctor but she has no regard for people’s time. She is constantly 30-60 minutes behind schedule, leaving you in the cold exam room alone. She charges $250 if you cancel within 48 hours so apparently we are supposed to value her time while she’s disregarding ours. I had to leave after 40 minutes without being seen as I work and couldn’t be any later. My appointment was at 815 so I don’t understand how a person can be that behind so early in the day.
TLDR: Was coerced by Dr. Amanda Lloyd into receiving a biopsy that wasn't medically necessary after assuring me that it would be healed within 5-7 days. Over 3 months later I am left with an extremely noticeable scar on the tip of my nose that has redefined my entire appearance and bothers me every day. After my review, Lloyd retaliated against my wife by having her wait multiple months to see a specialist, before, out of the blue, canceling her appointment claiming she wasn't comfortable seeing us anymore. After my dermatologist of 15 years moved her office, I thought I'd try my son and daughter in laws dermatologist since they always seem to know most everything! So glad I went to see Dr. Amanda Lloyd...her staff are friendly, kind and caring...she's fun, a former cheerleader...I don't like going to the doctors...but I look forward to seeing her...she removed 2 skin cancers...no pain...and healing beautifully! I cannot recommend her enough!
