Dr. Jerome is either too busy with her clinic or absent when dealing with her elderly patients at the nursing homes. She put my brother on a pain patch which he could not tolerate and never bothered to follow up. The staff just take her word for everything and when I got palliative care involved they said no to her treatment. She is never available to speak to and her tone when speaking to you is abrupt and basically don’t question me. She should not be looking after the elderly.
First time meetup no Dr. Jarome this evening while she was running the after hours clinic. First impressions were great she made some jokes and made me feel very comfortable. She also seemed genuinely concerned and curious about what was going on with me. A pleasant experience all around.
Dr. Jerome has been my doctor for many years. Since the beginning of time. Her care, sensitivity and her ability to make an anxious person relax does not go unnoticed. Though I don't see her often, each time I have she has been professional, caring and most importantly, she has been a healer. Let me say that again.. she has healed me every single time. She asks the right questions, she observes and she takes her time. Thank you Dr. Jerome for caring for us.
