I am extremely frustrated with the terrible customer service at this office. I have been leaving messages for someone to call me about transferring my medical records .... we relocated to Oregon. I left messages on all extensions to no avail. I received 1 call back in the last 6 days to be told it was not her job & transferred me to another voicemail. ??
I'm a new patient and I absolutely love my new doctor. Dr. Caro is super caring and actually listens to me. i use to fear and dread going to the doctor but she makes me feel at ease. Her staff is just as amazing, always friendly and efficient. I have recommended her to several friends and family who have switched to her office.
Dr. Caro is caring and thorough. She's knowledgeable of various medical conditions and makes appropriate referrals as needed. New receptionist is very nice.

Dr. Caro's office manager or receptionist, who ever handles incoming calls are very unprofessional! I've been trying to get a hold of this office for over a week now and no answer, they repeatedly keep hanging up on me or do not answer a call at all!!! I heard many good thing about doctor Caro, but now after this i feel that your employees are a direct reflection of how your office is ran. Something has got to change about calls to your office.
Very good listener, encouraging and most humble.... Dr I've ever met. She is always smiling and laughing. Very very caring for her patients. And wants to help them how ever she can. Thank god I switched to her never met her husband. But I bet he has to be great as well. The staff are friendly and never leave until you are comfortable. Brought my kids and she absolutely made them feel comfortable. And has stuff for them to play and color with on site. God bless her even more.
Not impressed. ... waited 7 hrs to see her for my mom in the nursing home.... then left and said nothing. Told the nurse to tell us I'll b back tomorrow. Horrible service, like we have anything better to do but wait for her.... Mom has been in the home for 2 months and as her responsible party, I have yet to have a sit down discussion with her about past history and care.... zero stars and no recommendation
