I should have written this review a long time ago. I saw Dr. Chilangaryan twice within a couple months, after two big accidents / head traumas. He was greatly attentive, empathetic and professional. He was very busy and made time in his schedule to see me, given the immediacy of my situation, which I so appreciate. I am happy to recommend him and should the need arise, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to him.
The office staff has no knowledge on how to do patients paper work, it took them 10 months to get me authorization for my nerves test, no issue with insurance, they forgot to submit the request, after several time follow up & warning them that I will alert doctor, finally received, I have reported to doctor, he is amazing, but I am not sure why he keep Naira who has no knowledge of computer & paperwork. 1. Called to make an appointment on a thursday before a long weekend. Recording said they were going to be closed on Friday and Monday. Left a message. No return call. They didn't call on Tuesday, so I called them at the end of the day. This was in September. They set an appt. for December. If they are so busy, why a 5 day weekend ? 2. The appointment was attended by a woman who walked in, in her street clothes. It was not doctor Chilingaryan. I asked if she was a doctor and she said "yes", but I have my doubts. Dr Chilangaryan is the most compassionate and caring doctor I’ve been to. He really takes the time to listen and understand each symptom you have. My mom who has dementia feels so comfortable with him too. Thank you Dr Chilangaryan for all you do for others. God bless you always. Your patient Nancy
I cant say anything about the doctor, but his desk assistant is so unhelpful. I explained her that my 80 years old mom with Alzheimer is without medication, she promised to talk to her doctor and call right away... it was a week ago... Do u think I still plan to take my mom to them? Never....
Not helpful staff at all. It takes more than 2 weeks for the person who is in charge to place an order for any authorization and when you call them to follow up with the authorization you never get a clear answer. When you wonder about why it should take that long for them to just place it you find their indifferent attitude towards the patient.
I was desperate when I reached out to Dr. Chilingaryan. After attempting to get a consultation with several neurosurgeons for a second opinion regarding a brain surgery that happened in another country, Dr. Chilingaryan immediately answered me and gave me his opinion. Doesn't care about my situation. No call back for 2 weeks. Only game me 5 minutes of his time when I saw him . I called 3 times in 2 weeks asking for help as the mental fog was too extreme. No call back at all. Wish he would at least treat me with some empathy...
