Dr. Ramirez is a very caring and thorough doctor. I have a special needs daughter and I trust him completely with her care. His office doesn’t feel uncomfortable and his staff is very nice. I always recommend him to people when they ask about a good doctor.
Very caring actually listens to the parent and the patient. Takes his time and explains. Very thankful for him
Wonderful doctor, highly recommended, except for employee Tina. She was answering phones, now she is doing medical assistant duties. Is she now a Medical Assistant? She does not introduce herself when she walks into the patient exam room. She is curt, rude and unprofessional. She talks down to the parent and demands from a child with an angry face. Maybe she is in the wrong field. You think? A smile and a friendly attitude are FREE... I rate Dr. Ramirez a 5 and his employee Tina --5.
