Horrible. Terrible Experience! Front office staff were lethargic and stale on the phone but the worst part was Alyson Pico's bio claims that she has a "special interest in high risk pregnancies" however, after her making us wait weeks for a response she denied us care because we were "high risk." The staff actually read her notes as "very advanced maternal age." Horrible treatment. False claims and poor use of language as very and advanced don't go together. It's redundant, unprofessional and lowbrow.
Dr. Alyson Pico is compassionate and knowledgeable. She always makes me feel comfortable and informed in all my appointments. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients and she always takes time with you to discuss symptoms, concerns you might have, and treatment options. She's helped me tremendously and I highly recommend her to everyone!
