As a new patient, I expected a positive first experience, but unfortunately my experience with the billing process was very disappointing. After my appointment, I paid $116 but was not given a receipt, itemized bill, or explanation of the charges before leaving. When I later requested an itemized statement, I couldn't account for $66 beyond the fluoride treatment that I already knew my insurance didn't cover. My experience with them was terrible, provided my insurance information before the first appointment, did 3 fillings wich cause me a lot of pain , at the end my insurance did not pay because I was in a waiting period , DR refused to fix the mess that he created because of money , sent me home with a lot of pain and did not prescribed any pain relief and or antibiotics.
