If I could give this office a ZERO, I would in a second without any regret. They are so incompetent and unprofessional. I have changed my insurance and I was assigned to Dr Alvarez. The first appointment I hade to make as a new patient after passing kidney stone at ER didn't turn out good with her. I had to leave the office after waiting for hour and half. I ONLY GET UP EARLY IN THE MORNING, BECAUSE I KNOW IM GOING TO SEE NURSE MRS. JOYCE MY FAVORITE NURSE. SHE IS SO SWEET AND FULL OF COMPASSION TOWARDS HER PATIENTS. I Get Infusions here and my EXPERIENCE WITH THE NURSES HAS BEEN WONDERFUL. ESPECIALLY NURSE MRS. JOYCE. SHE TREATS ME LIKE A PRINCESS THE WHOLE TIME! JOYCE DESERVES A RAISE.
