RecommendedThese guys literally saved me. My tooth pain was so severe I wanted to rip this thing out myself. I was seen right away, everything was explained to me (including pricing) and I was given choices on how I wanted to pay. Susan at the front desk fought with CareCredit for me ❤️ Dr. U had my root canal done same day and out the door within 2 hours. Couldn’t be happier!

Husband received deep cleaning without his permission. Front desk filed his insurance wrong, now we are fighting hundreds of dollars in bills because they said he was not covered under any insurance which is not true. Billing department is useless (no answer then voicemail box is full). We’ve been fighting these bills for over a year and they won’t schedule his permanent crown appointment until the invoice is paid off (which we do NOT owe per many discussions with the billing department). We are finding a new dentist.

Had an appointment today at the Ferndale office and when I arrived was told that the dental staff were gone for the day. I took time off work for this appointment and wasted my leave! Not happy. Guess it is time to find a new dentist.
Always make me feel extremely comfortable whenever I’m there.
