My experience with Dr Shah was terrible. I was referred by my Dr for treatment of Pmdd. She was very cold, uncaring, and dismissive of my symptoms and condition. The appointment was very short. She essentially refused to treat me until I had kept a mood journal for 3 months while being off of my hormone supplement and SSRI.
