Very gifted Neuro. If you need someone to read an MRI report to you in understandable terms, Dr. Burba is THE ONE. Dr. Burba also did a full Neurological work up on me, and gave me tests and bloodwork that no other Neuro had even suggested. Old School. Takes his time with you, and answers questions throughly. He's the best neurologist in AR and takes time to understand your problems. I've been to 5 others that only wanted to medicate the symptoms instead of figuring out what is really causing my neurological issues.

I would highly recommend Dr.Burba , I have seen many doctors, none have helped me, I have been in a lot of pain, others have misdiagnosis me. Dr. Burba was compassionate, friendly, professional and diagnosed me correctly and is getting me the help I finally need to get better. If you need a doctor who will help I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Burba is very thorough and thoughtful. I strongly recommend him. He answered questions that other doctors could not for decades.
You know I went to half a dozen doctors or so before I found Dr Burba and all I can say is its been a blessing to get a diagnosis and a plan of action.
Staff and Dr. were wonderful, kind and pleasant. Took time to listen, examine and diagnose correctly.
This is he best kindest most caring doctor I have ever seen. He has treated me for 20 years and diagnosed a rare illness that would have killed me by now. He has been elected the best Neurologist in Arkansas by the local news paper and with good reason. If you are lucky enough to get in to see him you will understand
