The staff there at this location is just piss poor always rude and making the patients feel as though they are bothering them. When all the patient is doing is following up since the staff forgot. Then making up lies to get said patient to just leave or quit calling. Staff should be courteous and compassionate nurse practitioner Corey and scheduler Jessica add to the stress of patients that go there. Which is dangerous to patients injury, they need more compassion and better training.
Dr. Zauner is very competent with his brain surgery skills, but his staff lacks the personal and professionalism of patient after care. The Patient Care Coordinator, Jessica failed to complete the EDD claim for the patient's disability, while recuperating from surgery. When confronted, why this vital information was not reported to EDD, no answer was given, not even an apology to correct/amend the claim. Dr. Zauner should know and reprimand his staff for this total disregard to patient care.
Guy's a stud! Professional, THOROUGH, intelligent, demanding and passionate in his knowledge. Thankful to have him!
This amazing, kind, inspiring Neurosurgeon has been my savior on many of occasions and I literally owe everything to this man for saving my mother and mother- in- law when they were both just 43 years young. Dr. Zauner used his authority instead of waiting for approvals at the worst time, when my mother had a hemorrhagic stroke in 2010. Dr. Zauner was also my family's miracle worker when my mother-in-law had an acute ischemic stroke and required an emergency craniotomy. God Bless Dr. Zauner!
I have been a patient of Dr. Zauners, for several years off and on. It all started in 2008 with my first brain hemorrhage. I am a nurse at Kaweah delta hospital. I was very fortunate to be sent to Dr. Zauner. I have since had 3 brain surgeries due to brain hemorrhage performed by Dr. Zauner. I recovered well with very little to no side effects. I would encourage anyone to go see him before anyone else! Thank you Dr. Zauner
He saved my life after a near fatal stroke. I only met him months later when he visited me in the recovery room after a heart procedure. After the stroke,I was in medically induced coma due to swelling and bleeding brain. The fact that he took his valuable time to pay me a visit so I could meet me is truly invaluable. God bless him.
