Had very impersonal 3 minutes mtg. He Said i needed steroids and failed to send the prescription in. I mentioned the prescription to lady out front before leaving but apparently she said nothing to him about it. I called the emergency number because it was after hours to see if they would call the prescription in. It’s been approximately 3 hours since I left the message and still haven’t heard. Since this is Friday afternoon I guess I can’t get the prescription until next week. DO NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS.
Friendly staff and direct information from Dr. Almand. He made suggestions in two minutes that my other allergy dr. hadn't offered in 14 months of treatment.
I liked the no nonsense and get to the point appointment. We got in to see the Doctor in just a few minutes. We got all the information we needed to make our decision.
Wonderful place. My daughter went there for TNA a few years ago. You don’t wait long and all of the staff was extremely kind, as well as patient and helpful to all. Dr Bond is a good dr, I just felt like once he said I don’t need hearing aids, then showed me the “proof”, he was dismissive of anything else I said or asked and had his hand on the doorknob just waiting for me to stop talking, so he could go to the next patient. On time, knowledgeable, thorough, communicated with oncology in my behalf. Excellent surgeon.
I seem to produce more wax then most and my hearing has diminished over time so I keep a close watch on the condition of my hearing. I have found That Dr Almond and this practice has always been there for me when the situation requires attention. I would definitely recommend them to potential patients.
My visit was well planned and coordinated. Dr. Almond corrected my problem immediately, he was affable and open to conversation.
