Dr Norman is the best! Been my primary for 40 yrs
I was seeing Dr. Norman for the first time and was given poor directions to his office. Frantically I arrived 5 minutes late. I have never been late for an appointment in my life. Was told I had to make new appointment because I was late. I tried explaining that it was my first visit and had been trying to find the correct building, even calling for directions and they would not hear it. Very bad experience. NOT the kind of doctor I want!
