Only a brief phone conversation with Vicky@Dr. Potter's office - nonetheless, exceptional service! Unfortunately, no appointment availability any time soon. However, as soon as an opening comes up, I will go to this dentist based on this experience, albeit remote, and the fact that Dr. Potter came highly recommended by a trusted oral surgeon's office in Springfield, with which I am well acquainted.
Great office! Highly recommend. Very gentle and caring. She did a wonderful job. Was very happy with the service on both a filling and a crown.
I have gotten fillings from here and they do a rough job. One of the fillings needs a crown now. I had an appointment for the crown (the first step of it). But they didn't put the temporary one on or measure for the crown because they were too busy asking me how I was going to pay for it. Their main concern is getting money, not taking care of you.
